More Digital Painting

Another digital painting I created, again, using brushes from Deharme's brush set. This image has more of a blurry quality and I seem to have become more proficient at blending together colours. I like this effect, it makes "shapes" in my painting seem more natural and not "outlined" or cartoony.

After painting I have used cross hatching/pastel brushes to cut back into the bust, especially around the edges to create a more symbiotic relationship between character and background.
